Initial estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding. A written proposal becomes a binding quote only when it is signed by both parties. Quoted prices are based on the site conditions observed during our on-site visit and the project scope described at that time. Changes to scope, unforeseen site conditions (including buried utilities, rock, or structural obstructions), or customer-requested modifications may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. Typical arrangements require a deposit upon contract signing, with the balance due upon project completion. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in the individual contract. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are included in each individual project contract. Warranties apply to workmanship and installation quality. Manufacturer warranties on turf products are passed through to the customer and governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications made by anyone other than our team.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified in each project contract. In general, cancellations made more than 5 business days before a scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 5 business days of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or circumstances outside our control, and will provide as much notice as possible.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of use or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
